FRC Kick-off

Date: January 7th, 2011
Time:
Check-in: 9:00 am – 10:00 am
Kick-off Broadcast: Begins no later than 10:30 am
Kit of Part Distribution: Noon or after Broadcast Ends

Location: Armstrong Room 1010, Large Lecture Hall in Armstrong Hall at Purdue University

Parking: Northwestern Parking Garage is closest, however no buses may park there.

Bus Parking: By the football stadium.
Note: There is no parking directly by Armstrong.

Registration Details:

Will be checking teams in starting at 9:00am. Will collect team rosters & Consent and Release Forms during check-in.
Note: Teams can do the Consent & Release form online…do not need to do both but do need one for every student, print off your team roster from FIRST and it shows who has filled out the form…only those who have a form will be allowed in the event.

Kit of Part Distribution:

After Kick-off viewing, teams will go to Civil to collect their Kit of Parts. We will have people assisting with navigation and with the Kit of Part Distribution. However, we advise that teams bring a dolly to assist in transporting the Kit of Parts to their vehicle. There is a loading zone behind Civil that teams would be able to park for a few minutes to get their kit of parts.

Other Details:

We will be selling some breakfast items for either 50 cents or 1 dollar as a fundraiser for one of our local teams.

• Coffee
• Juice
• Fresh Fruit
